Destiny New Zealand, a Christian political party in New Zealand, centres around the charismatic/pentecostal Destiny Church, founded and led by the televangelist Brian Tamaki. The party describes itself as "centre-right", and places a strong focus on traditional family values. It does not hold any seats in Parliament.

All of our policies are based on the timeless principle that the family is the cornerstone of society and marriage is the cornerstone of the family. Families impact on every sector of society. The breakdown of families is a primary cause of all problems that impact on the health and stability of our country.
For this reason, Destiny New Zealand policies aim to protect, empower and prosper New Zealand families.
In 'protecting' the family, Destiny New Zealand aims to: I. Protect the 'institution of marriage' (Between one man and one woman), which is the universally tried and proven stable basis for raising children. Families centred on marriage generally provide the best environment for child development and contribute powerfully to the overall health and vitality of society.
II. Uphold the rule of law and to administer justice, thereby creating and maintaining a safe environment for our families to live, work and play.
By 'empowering' the family, the party aims to strengthen families by fostering a marriage culture and providing greater recognition and support to families centred on marriage. The party also aims to uphold and positively promote the roles of parenting, fatherhood and motherhood throughout its policies.
By 'prospering' the family, the party aims to keep more money in the home through lower taxes and by providing greater opportunity for families to accumulate wealth and assets for the benefit of future generations. In this way, we begin a cycle whereby children are born into asset and not debt - freedom and not dependency.
Destiny New Zealand is fully committed to supporting sole-parent families, both practically and financially. However, the time-honoured institution of marriage will remain the benchmark and standard of normative family in Destiny New Zealand policy.
Our Family Policy is the foundation of all our policies and will remain the priority of the party's objectives in government. By using the Family Policy as our foundation policy, other policies are developed in the light of how they can positively contribute towards our vision of strong, prosperous families underpinning a strong, prosperous nation.
